We guarantee confidential handling of your documents and provide you the highest quality of service as we are all academics, scientists and researchers just like you. Only the Managing and Language Editor (two people) are involved in processing your document. These are scientific personnel (Professors, Researchers, PhD students, etc.) who are pre-screened to provide not only the highest quality of service but are made aware of author's sensitivities and concerns. All correspondence will be electronic-secure and with one corresponding author only.

If the corresponding author (or co-authors) is not satisfied with the service provided, he/she may appeal to the Managing Editor for further processing of the document or to return the payment.
